Meet Captain Mike
Captain Mike is a man driven by passion—passion for the outdoors, the ocean, and above all, for fishing. With a strong foundation in faith, he leads with integrity, experience, and heart. A master welder by trade and a successful businessman, Mike also holds the title of U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Master Captain.
His goal? To create fishing trips that go beyond expectations—adventures that spark a lifelong love for the sport and a deeper respect for the marine world.

When he’s not offshore, Mike is spending time with his wife CaLae and their daughter—raising her in and around the ocean and passing on the skills and stories that come with life at sea. Together, they embody the values at the heart of Miller Tyme Fishing: family, faith, and a deep love for the water.
Meet CaLae Miller, Owner
CaLae Miller brings a powerhouse of experience to the MillerTyme team. As a seasoned conference and event director, she has spent years managing the full strategic sales cycle for high-profile events and uncovering new revenue opportunities for both domestic and international associations. Her knack for building strong relationships and using a consultative approach has led to countless successful sponsorship deals with major brands and service providers across industries.
CaLae is the co-owner of MillerTyme Fishing Charters and the founder of CEM Solutions, a full-scale marketing and event management agency based in Seabrook, TX. Her passion for creating engaging, unforgettable experiences makes the collaboration between MillerTyme and CEM a natural—and winning—combination.
When she’s not planning dynamic events or closing big deals, CaLae is an avid outdoorswoman who thrives on the water. She believes in the powerful energy and clarity the ocean brings, and she’s passionate about sharing that with clients—whether through world-class fishing adventures or one-of-a-kind corporate events.
